I’m Sara, a Discrete Change Mentor. My journey has been shaped by a profound realization: while we all crave change, it’s often the control of deep-seated beliefs that holds us back. Through years of exploration and experience, I’ve unearthed a fundamental truth that serves as the cornerstone of my work; helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and embrace their unique paths.

I didn’t set out to write a book; the truth simply imposed itself, transforming into a guide for those ready to live an embraced life. My approach, termed 'Embrace,' is about recognizing our distinct identities and walking through a discrete journey that truly reflects who we are. In our community, you will be supported every step of the way, uncovering your potential and evolving into the person you were always meant to be.

I know this may be your first time being introduced to the Discrete Change concept or hearing about such a title or career. Believe me, it was new for me too. Discrete Change is the result of both life and work experiences, and it became my life's work as a Discrete Change Mentor. It led me away from the traditional psychology path (I am a Developmental Psychologist, counseling and educating across many life topics and age groups), and yes, I'm the only Discrete Change Mentor out there. I’m selective about whom I mentor, focusing on individuals who are truly committed to their growth and ready to engage deeply in this transformative work.

The Discovery Session is a full, 50-minute mentoring session, just like any other mentoring session—no different in depth or impact from any subsequent sessions. It is a full mentoring session, and the name "Discovery" simply reflects that it’s your first session with me. A successful session will naturally lead to further mentoring sessions. After this session, all other mentoring options will be discussed and priced through email.

Why I Created the Embrace Community

In my life, I won’t tell you it was just a dream, it was actually an achieved one, though in smaller forms and subject to the locations I was in and the people I met or worked with. It was born through my life experiences, on-the-spot work, group interactions, and during my travels and retreat programs. For over a year, I’ve been planning to bring this vision to a bigger-sized community, one that doesn’t simply believe in me but rather believes in themselves and in each other—people who joined the community for similar reasons. This community is not confined to a place, location, race, or a specific group of people. Now, this vision is finally happening, marking an important new chapter in my dream.

I’ve never been in a good relationship with social media; it never really worked to my advantage. I hoped that through my book and social media, I could spread a message about our humanity and who we truly are. But the algorithm had other plans. I’m okay with that; if anything, it pushed me even more to apply my own discrete way of fulfilling my purpose.

Years ago, I deleted my social accounts, and recently, I removed all my videos from TikTok. I see it now as a place to attract those who truly need to be embraced, those who resonate with short, purposeful messages that align with their values, and those seeking to be part of a bigger, purpose-driven community.

I’m dedicating my time and energy to this as my real work, but in a Discrete form. I’m not looking for passive followers, but for true, interactive members; because you deserve to be embraced.
